How do you remember what the geological column is? Do you remember what each of the periods are called? Do you know about Camels? Here is the way I remember the international stratigraphic column:
Camels often sit down carefully, perhaps their joints creak.
Camels - Cambrian
Often - Ordovician
Sit - Silurian
Down - Devonian
Carefully - Carboniferous
Perhaps - Permian
Their - Triassic
Joints - Jurassic
Creak - Cretaceous
